Jim’s Seafood overlooks the dam on the banks of the Kentucky River in the state capitol Frankfort.
My mix and match seafood plate had oysters, white fish and shrimp, all fried, as well as hush puppies and steamed broccoli.
We were visiting distilleries for the bachelor party of Wes Pottschmidt and everyone enjoyed their lunch at Jim’s.
