While in Nashville for the George Strait, Chris Stapleton and Little Big Town 🎵 concert, Heidi and I visited the Old Lebanon Road location of Edley’s BBQ. It was not far from our AirBNB.
Half rack of ribs platter: Top, St. Louis style ribs that were nicely done by the smoke staff. Bottom left to right: 🍌 banana pudding, jalapeño cornbread and grits casserole.
The ribs were excellent. Came right off the bone with each bite. The banana pudding had vanilla wafers and banana slices and good flavor. The jalapeño cornbread with butter was outstanding! The grits were a bit cheesy and also had a kick to them.
We have a mini tailgate party going here in Parking Lot N outside of Nissan Stadium. There is a ⛈ storm brewing and the concert has been pushed back a bit. At least we were prepared..
