Actually, Nina Hackman says it is too sweet to really call it a salad. However, whatever you call it, it is incredible!

1. Spread a layer of salty pretzels 🥨 in the bottom of a pan. Add some butter and sugar and bake.
2. Mix two blocks of cream cheese, Cool Whip and a cup of sugar and spread over the pretzels.
3. Mix two packages of sugar free Jell-O and strawberries 🍓 and layer that on top.
4. Put it in the fridge and serve when ready.
This combination of sweet and salty is one of my favorites.
When I lived in Seymour, this was made with orange Jello and mandarin oranges. I never knew the strawberry version existed. Then I moved back to Evansville and no one had ever heard of the orange version, they all made the strawberry version! Lol
