B BOPs, also known as Brittany’s Brick 🧱 Oven Pizza 🍕 (dig the anagram) is a Cool 😎 spot on the hill on Madison, Indiana.
Heidi and I did a double date night with her cousin Kristie Farmer and her husband Ed. We started with a wine 🍷 tasting at Lanthier Winery down near the river, which was a win, 🏆 and then went to Brittany’s.
Ed states that they purchased the brick oven already put together, so when they brought it home, they had to knock out a wall of the building to bring it in.
The garlic cheese bops are outstanding! A hunk of mozzarella wrapped in pizza dough, baked in the brick oven, and topped with marinara. They were wonderful Saturday and heated up tasty on Sunday after church ⛪️.
They had a raspberry wheat 🌾 and an Oktoberfest beer on draft 🍻 that were very good and the Brick Oven flavor on the food was top notch.
The comraderie was a delight and we also had some successful outdoor football 🏈 viewing with an overtime Indiana Hoosiers victory. ✌️ As well, never been disappointed with. Trip to Madison.
